Tiburon stainless steel cat back. Had to weld up new mounting points. And the flange to the cat had to be changed. All the bends are in the right places.

I cut a Tiburon bumper in to 4 pieces. Mostly rivets and fiberglass to put it together and then some bondo to finish.

You could always make one like I did.

remember outside temp is contributing factor. last couple of weeks its been cold enough for the temp in my bmw to cool down on the highway. If I have the heater on it wont fully warm up until right before i get to work 45 miles away.

to get the needles on perfectly i took a note of the exact location of where my car idled, and how much fuel was in the car as well as where he temp guage was when fully warmed up.

Then took everything apart and replaced he guages.

I put half of the cluster back together and left the front plastic off. Then pluggesd i all back in and turned the car on.

at this point I placed the fuel needle in the position where it was originally and the tach needle as well. speed was 0 as I was parked to that was easy and lastly left the car running for 20 minutes and came back and placed the temp needle where it was originaly.

then took the cluster out and placed the cover back on. And then put back on the car.

Everything was in place and worked perfectly on first try.

This was a rushed explination but im sure you all get it.

so is this a inventory reduction type of thing? if it is, i would be interested in the spectra front bumper.

i have never seen a grill for the 2007+ sx bumper.

site looks great, but i do have one concern.


I view the site A LOT from my phone. Even with my almost 5" screen the top white bar takes up a lot of screen real estate, specialy when i zoom in because the bar increases in size as well. Is there a way to turn it off for people that are doing "mobile browsing"? Or maybe make it so it doesnt zoom with the screen?
